The manager of any underground facility must carry out, on his own, a certain number of visits and monitoring operations of the network so as to deennine the weak points, the damaged areas, the urgent actions to take and the areas to be checked by a specialist.
For this purpose, the manager's persormel must be especially trained to be in a position to assess as objectively as possible the condition of the network.
